Ch. Lacie's Joshua John
Joshua’s pedigree speaks for itself. His sire is Ch. Swank’s Little Black Sambo, and his dam is Ch. Lacie’s Everlasting Faith, who is also a half sister to Ch. Lacie’s Basic Black. Several years ago, I owned a half-sister to Ch. Lacie’s Basic Black, Ch. Tapestry’s Mourning Glory, aka Paige. I bred Paige to Ch. Ashwood’s Thrilling Opportunity. This breeding produced 2 champions. Joshua’s pedigree goes back almost identically to the Tapestry and Thrilling cross. The only difference is that he has an outcross in his pedigree to one of the top-winning brown Cocker Spaniels in Cocker Spaniel history, who was also an ASC winner, Ch. Bluemoon’s Master of Illusion. The only other different outcross, is a bitch that I competed against several years ago, Swank’s Miss Saigon, who is an ASCOB. Joshua produces deep dark browns. He also produces deep, dark buffs to the lightest silver, and black and tans. He is a compact dog, with perfect layback, sloping topline, and an extremely angulated rear. He is one of my favorites. I am certain that you will see progeny of Joshua out winning in the ring soon.
